IMAP: How to Copy Email from One Mailbox to Another

Here are some new examples demonstrating how to copy email from one IMAP mailbox to another. The copied emails are not downloaded. Instead, the IMAP server is directed to copy an email by message ID (i.e. UID or sequence number) from one mailbox to another. Moving email is accomplished by doing a copy followed by delete+expunge from the source mailbox.
